All the financial and administrative decisions will be taken by the Head of the Circle, Viz., the Superintending Archaeologist. The channels to be routed are through H.C, W.A Gr.I, Adm.Officer,  Dy.SA, Dy.SAE & ASAE.

As per the Archl.Works Code and relevant financial and Administrative Rules framed by the Govt. and according to the duties allocated for each category of post.

Financial Rules, Service Rules, Leave Rules, Archl.Works Code etc, framed by the Government and amended from time to time.

The Officials in respect of their Sections are interacting and   and co-ordinating with the members of public in r/o Hqrs Office. And with regard to matters relating to the sub-circle Offices, concerning the Monuments and execution of work etc, the concerned Cons.Assts in-charge of the Offices, will interact and co-ordinate with the public.

An Expert Committee was formed during 2005, to study & give their opinion for proposed installation of Cable Car by the Govt. of Karnataka, at Vindhyagiri, Sravanabelagola, to facilitate the aged & disabled tourists to reach the Gommateswara Statue, without taking the ancient route by climbing the steps, considering the Archl. & many other criticalities of the proposed Site. The Committee was asked to conduct an impact assessment and give its advice.

Licence for Filming operations is being issued on the payment of Rs.5,000/- towards Fees per day, per Monument and Rs.10,000/- as Security Deposit, which will be refunded after the Filming operation is over.

The Reading Room, ie, Library is located in the Hqrs Office, to facilitate the Scholars for reference of Books etc
